Prep Day
I source fresh, whole ingredients and cook everything from scratch. Every meal is portioned, labeled with contents and reheating instructions.
Pick Up or Delivery
Your fridge gets stocked. You open it Monday morning and every meal for the week is waiting. Repeat — or adjust — whenever you're ready.
